Human Biology

A small foray into the world of Human Biology with Kiddo...
We are an open wee family and nudity/your body is nothing to be ashamed of. I am happy to discuss any questions he has just now, or will have in the future.
But when I was getting dressed and my little tornado came whizzing into the bedroom, stopped, stared and stated a rather blunt observation, I was rather taken aback.
And he was off again. After finishing dressing, I went to his room, sat down, picked up a toy and asked him if he wanted to ask me anything about what he had observed.  He wanted to know why my chest was different to his and his Dad's. This was an easy answer - he is used to seeing my friend breast feed, so I went with this as an explanaition, about how females make milk to feed their babies. Its not just people who make milk, but animals do too; we chatted about how he too had been breastfed. He sat for a second looking thoughtful, processing our wee chat. I asked if there was anything else he wanted to know, the thoughtful look lingered for moment longer before he said : "Yes, you want to play dragons?"

And so it begins...
